If you request that the parcel be left unattended at the recipient's premises, you must check the box in the Authority to Leave section during checkout to accept the risks/responsibility in the event that it goes missing. Your order will be shipped with handwritten instructions on the satchel. No replacements or refunds will be issued for missing/damaged items.
*Signature on Delivery is available for an additional AU$2.95. With this, the Australia Post representative delivering the parcel is obligated to obtain a signature and may not leave the parcel unattended at their discretion. Refer to the Australia Post website for their policies on leaving parcels.
International Shipping (Outside Australia)
Orders placed on this site can be shipped to the following international destinations: New Zealand, USA, Canada, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea and Thailand. If you require shipping to other countries not listed, please contact us.
Method: Australia Post International Standard or Australia Post International Express.
Shipping charge: Australia Post rate for the parcel (by weight) + AU$2.50 (handling and packaging).
Multiple items are generally shipped at a discounted rate. Add or remove items from your cart to view and compare the combined shipping costs.
Order Tracking
All orders are shipped with either tracking or registration. If a tracking number is provided in the shipping notification, it is your responsibility as the buyer to monitor the status of the parcel in transit using the tracking information provided. This information will allow you to estimate when your order will be delivered as well as alert you to missed delivery attempts, delays or other delivery complications that may require further action. Should the addressee fail to collect or arrange redelivery of the parcel resulting in it being “returned to sender”, the buyer will be responsible for any subsequent redelivery charges incurred.
Shipping Delays, Damage & Loss
We endeavour to pack your orders securely before shipping them out. Unfortunately, delays, damage and loss of parcels are a possibility during transit. In these events, we cannot be held responsible* once orders are handed over to Australia Post but we will do our best to assist you in liaising with them to resolve the issue, including filing an insurance claim if needed.
* We do not provide refunds, replacements or credit for parcels that are lost/damaged in transit.
The shipping services we use are Australia Post Parcel Post, Australia Post Express Post, Australia Post International Standard and Australia Post International Express. By placing an order with us, you accept that it will be subjected to the terms and conditions set by Australia Post with regards to insurance and compensation for delays, damage or loss of shipments. If you have provided an incorrect/incomplete shipping address in your order, you will be responsible for any resulting delays, redelivery charges, damage or losses (as parcels are not guaranteed to be returned to us).
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges but may be able to work out another solution. If you are not 100% happy with your order, drop us a line and we'll do our best to help.
Cancelled orders are refunded via the original payment method. Before placing an order, please be aware that a cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount ($0.30 + 1.75% for Australian cards and $0.30 + 2.9% for international cards) if you choose to cancel the order later.
Order Cancellations
Product Storage & "Best Used By" Dates
Our products should be stored in a cool area (below 30°C/86°F), away from direct sunlight. We like to keep preservatives to a minimum so we include “best used by” dates with our jarred products. Our soaps are preservative-free and we recommend that you use them within 9 months as this is the average shelf life of the natural oils and butters that we use to make them. Please think of these guidelines not so much as restrictions, but as an incentive to go ahead, open and enjoy our products when you receive them!
Sensitivities & Allergies
As with all bath and body products, we suggest you do a test patch if you have sensitive skin and discontinue use if necessary. If you have any concerns about being sensitive to certain products or ingredients, please get in touch prior to placing an order to discuss.
Privacy
Any personal information you provide to us will be used strictly for the purposes of fulfilling orders, providing quotes or sending marketing communications (if you choose to opt in our Mailing List). We will not share, trade or sell your information.
